TERMS OF USE (TOU)

1. PURPOSE

VOXGM is a mobile narrative entertainment application offering interactive scenarios, dialogues with an AI-assisted Game Master, progression mechanics, and a token system. The application is intended for personal, non-professional use.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF THE TOU

Installing, accessing, or using VOXGM constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use the application.

3. ACCESS AND USE CONDITIONS

You must use VOXGM lawfully, fairly, and in accordance with public order. You may not attempt to circumvent technical limitations, exploit vulnerabilities, automate abusive use, disrupt the service, or solicit unlawful content.

4. USER ACCOUNT

Certain features require an account. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for actions taken from your account. You must promptly notify us of any suspicious or unauthorized use.

5. AI GAME MASTER AND SERVICE LIMITATIONS

VOXGM integrates an AI-assisted Game Master. Generated content (dialogues, responses, situations) is provided for entertainment purposes only.

  • AI responses may be imperfect, incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate.
  • Moderation and safety measures are applied, but no filtering is infallible.
  • You agree not to provoke, request, or distribute unlawful, hateful, violent, or non-consensual content, sexual content involving minors, or content contrary to applicable law.
  • VOXGM may block, interrupt, or limit certain interactions when risks of harmful use are detected.

6. NO PROFESSIONAL ADVICE

VOXGM content does not constitute medical, psychological, legal, financial, or safety advice. You must not make important decisions based solely on an AI response.

7. TOKENS, SHOP, AND REWARDED ADS

VOXGM may offer:

  • purchase of tokens through integrated payment platforms,
  • earning tokens through rewarded video ads,
  • bonus mechanics tied to certain account parameters.

Prices, allocation rules, and token consumption may change. Purchases of tokens and subscriptions are generally final and non-refundable, except where applicable law grants you a mandatory right of refund (for example under distribution platform or consumer rules) or in the event of a technical issue with the VOXGM service duly verified by our teams after review of your request (for example failure to credit tokens after a valid payment, or prolonged unavailability of subscription-related content attributable to VOXGM). Requests must be submitted using the contact details in these Terms. Tokens have no monetary value and are not convertible to cash.

8. AVAILABILITY AND EVOLUTION OF THE SERVICE

VOXGM may be modified, suspended, or temporarily interrupted (maintenance, incident, security, compliance). We do not guarantee continuous, error-free, or uninterrupted access.

9. MODERATION, SUSPENSION, AND TERMINATION

In case of breach of the Terms, attempted fraud, abuse, violation of the law, or risk to service security, VOXGM may take proportionate measures: warning, feature limitation, account suspension, or account deletion.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The application, its brand, its visual, technical, narrative, and software elements are protected by intellectual property rights. No rights are granted beyond a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right of use.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The service is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, VOXGM shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of opportunity, data loss, or consequences related to use of AI content. This limitation does not apply where the law prohibits excluding certain liabilities.

12. ACCOUNT DELETION

You may request or trigger deletion of your account using the options provided in the application. This may result in permanent deletion of associated data, progress, and tokens, subject to legal retention obligations.

13. CHANGES TO THE TOU

These Terms may be updated at any time for legal, technical, security, or product reasons. The update date will be changed accordingly. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

15. APPLICABLE LAW

These Terms are governed by the law applicable to the publisher's place of establishment, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules that apply to your situation.
