Delete account

1. Delete your account in the app

You can permanently delete your VOXGM account from the mobile application, where the feature is provided (for example from your account or settings area). Deletion removes your profile, progress, tokens, and associated app data, subject to any legal retention we must keep under applicable law.

2. What happens when you delete

• Your account and in-app data are removed or anonymised according to our processes.
• Unused tokens and purchase history may be removed with the account as described in our Terms of use.
• Some information may be retained for a limited period if required for legal claims, accounting, or security, then deleted or anonymised, see our Privacy policy.

If you cannot use the in-app deletion flow or have questions, contact us at support@voxgm.com from the email address associated with your account. We may ask for reasonable verification before processing a request.
